Linior Ltd have been working on four projects in our house since 17th January 2011. The largest was the conversion of a garage for use as a kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and dining room, integrating it as a fully insulated part of the house.
The work has required masons, electricians, plumbers, joiners, tilers and decorators. Throughout all the projects, the team has worked to a very high standard to produce excellent results. Their attention to detail and cleanliness has been exemplary. We have been shown the greatest courtesy and consideration.
The standard of supervision and accounting has been excellent. Accounts have been presented weekly and relate precisely to the accepted quotation.
We are very pleased with our choice of LiNioR Ltd to carry out this work and are delighted with the end result. We can happily recommend them to others.

Linior has carried out a major project at our house over the last 3-4 months including removing an internal wall, installing a large opening skylight in the roof, installing two new bathrooms, a cloakroom, a new kitchen, a considerable amount of new joinery and so on.
Linior were introduced to us by a neighbour who had had extensive work done on their house. Slawek and his team carried out our work with great care and, in our opinion, to a very high standard. Unforeseen issues naturally arise on a project of this size and were always solved with great care and lack of fuss.
I would certainly recommend that, if your project suits their skills, you consider asking them to respond and tender.

Whilst living abroad we purchased a property in Teddington which needed substantial internal renovation. We engaged Linior Ltd to undertake this work which included a complete central heating upgrade, re-decoration of the entire house and installation of a new kitchen and all domestic appliances.
Slawek and his team provided a top quality service, on time and with the minimum amount of mess and fuss. The property was ready for us to move into on our return and our neighbour commented on how industrious, considerate and courteous Slawek and his team were.

We used Linior for a large second fix project during a Barn Conversion we undertook close to Dorking. Linior were responsible for the following:
– All decorating – including the main Barn which has ceilings up to 8 metres high
– Hand cleaning all exposed timbers
– Fitting three wet room bathrooms, a cloakroom and all associated tiling and plumbing work
– All internal carpentry (doors, frames and over 200m of skirting)
– Installing a new electrical Consumer Unit for a 3 phase supply
– Fitting over 100 light fittings, plus all sockets and switches
– Installaing a hand made Oak Kitchen, plus plumbing & electrical work for all kitchen applicances.
Linior started on time and finished on time, kept in regular contact about progress and always discussed in advance any changes or variations where they were required or recommended and left the site tidy once they had finished. I would happily recommend Linior and will use them again if I have further building work to undertake.”
